Courses & Trainings


Gasztrip offers culinary courses and workshops for hotel professionals showing the wide range of the Spanish cuisine in a thematic order: from tapas to sea and mountain cuisine, from the seafood to the gastronomy of mountains. The courses have a practical aim and the participants themselves prepare the recipes.

We also offer culinary courses for food lovers, who learn to cook the well-known Spanish dishes in a playful manner.

We have held culinary courses for professionals in India for The Oberoi, Taj Group and Sheraton and in Tunisia for Mövenpick; and we have also organized courses for food lovers in Serbia, Hungary, Germany and Poland with the support of universities and cooking schools.
