Gasztrip was created in 2012 to offer Catalan and Spanish Food Festivals for 5 GL hotels worldwide. Guided by authenticity, excellence and a forward-looking culinary vision, we have organized over 100 events, trainings and consultations with top international hotel chains.

We have brought the flavors of Spanish cuisine to more than 20 countries, collaborating with prestigious brands such as Mövenpick, Sheraton, Le Méridien, Sofitel and Intercontinental. Today, Gasztrip expands its services with Food Festivals, Courses and Trainings featuring cuisines from Spain, Italy, France, Mexico, Peru and more.

Chef with more than 30 years of vocational experience and globetrotter for devotion, founds Gasztrip in 2012 with the intention of merging these two passions. The idea was to showcase his cuisine around the world to everyone, and with this lively spirit, alone, all over the world by making gastronomic festivals.

Over the years, Gasztrip has been consolidating and expanding, and also there is a new stage of offering renowned chefs or even Michelin star chefs with the same concept and the same desire to offer culinary culture and share it with the world.

The concept is that the guest chef works side by side with all the staff of the hotel in a profitable training that allows the hotel to offer new menus, recipes and culinary techniques to its customers.

When the festival ends the Chef leaves, but the awesome recipes stay there.
