With more than 25 years of experience in the hotel industry and culinary trips around Europe, America and Asia, founded Gasztrip in 2012. In 2000, he travels to India and holds different workshops for professionals in the major hotel chains of the country (The Oberoi, Taj, Sheraton…)

Since 2012 he has done food promotions in countries like India, Tunisia, Hungary, Oman, Bahrain, Malaysia, Kenya, Uganda, Morocco and much more, and have worked with the most important hotel companies in the world, such as The Oberoi, Mövenpick, One&Only, Sofitel…
