Chef Roberto Sihuay (Lima, Peru, 1981) from Cantina Canalla Restaurant (Ibiza, Spain) joins our team of guest chefs with his Nikkei, haute cuisine that fuses Japanese and Peruvian flavors and techniques with Mediterranean products. From 24 to 27 March we will bring the taste of Mexico to Hotel Laico Spa and Conference Center in Tunis with an awesome Mexican Food Festival by Chef Eddie Bork.
We will be at The Ritz-Carlton Budapest for The Spanish Extravaganza Festival from 28th February to 1st March.
