From 28th November to 15th December we are at The Claridges in New Delhi with a French Food Festival.
From September 20th to 29th, we will be in Senegal for the first time, at the Radisson Blu Hotel in Dakar, with our Spanish Food Festivals.
We will be at the Summer Fancy Food Show in NY, from 23 to 25 June, with ICEX presenting tapas, cooking talks and culinary workshops.
We have been in SIAL Canada in Toronto and in NRA Chicago with ICEX doing food tastings and culinary workshops with ICEX
For 3 weeks, Chef Jordi Guillem and his souschef, Sandra Marlene, have offered their specialties at the Sevilla restaurant at The Claridges Hotel in Delhi, India. A great exchange of knowledge in high cuisine that has delighted all the clients of the emblematic restaurant.
On March 29 we celebrated a Spanish dinner for more than 300 people at Hotel Intercontinental in Muscat, Sultanate of Oman. It was a huge success!
