The premises were clear: authenticity, excellence and desire to share with the whole world a kitchen with deep roots that looks to the future. Now more than 100 food events, trainings and consultations with the main hotel chains around the world endorse us.
We have brought the dishes and aromas of Spanish cuisine to India, Hungary, Germany, Poland, UAE, Bahrain, Oman, KSA, Vietnam, Malaysia, Uganda, Morocco, Algeria, Azerbaijan, New Caledonia, Tunisia, Ireland, Kenya, Tanzania, RCA, Congo-Brazzaville, the Reunion, Guinea Conakry, Serbia, Lebanon, Russia… collaborating with the world’s most important hotel chains: Mövenpick, One & Only, Sheraton, Le Méridien, The Residence, Sofitel, The Oberoi, Trident, Intercontinental, Mazagan, Ledger, Rotana…

Chef with more than 30 years of vocational experience and globetrotter for devotion, founds Gasztrip in 2012 with the intention of merging these two passions. The idea was to showcase his cuisine around the world to everyone, and with this lively spirit, alone, all over the world by making gastronomic festivals.
Over the years, Gasztrip is consolidating and expanding, and also there is a new stage of offering renowned chefs or even Michelin star chefs with the same concept and the same desire to offer culinary culture and share it with the world.
The concept is that the guest chef works side by side with all the staff of the hotel in a profitable training that allows the hotel to offer new menus, recipes and culinary techniques to its customers.
When the festival ends the Chef leaves, but the awesome recipes stay there.
