Chef Ager Urigüen Uribe (Guernica, Spain, 1972)

With more than 25 years experience in gastronomy he started his career in his hometown Bilbao working for several of the best chefs in the city such as Joseba Arana, Aitor Elicegui, then working for Martin Berasategui in the Guggenheim Museum and many more.

After his period in Bilbao he started travelling a lot and gave workshops, worked in events and food promotions all over the world in countries such as Italy, Switzerland, Austria, Latvia, China, Vietnam, Thailand, Greece and much more.

From 2013 to the end of 2019 he had his own restaurant in Berlin and now he is committed to his passions: cooking, teaching and travelling.
