Chef Giordano De Stefano (Calabria, Italy 1981)
Born to a family of restaurateurs. After a few years working in Italy, in 2003 moved to London where he worked in the best Italian restaurants for about seven years expanding his knowledge in pastry and bakery. Later he did food consultings and restaurant openings in Switzerland, Germany, Turkey, Thailand and Brazil. Back in Calabria he specialized in the traditional cuisine of Southern Italy. He has participated in important events for the enhancement of products and territories in South America. Nowadays, he is Chef de Cuisine of the Miramare Eventi in Calabria where he runs the kitchen for big events. He specialised in fish and seafood.
