After spending his childhood helping his father at their small hummus and falafel shop, Al Sallaq decided to study, and then train to become a professional chef. Working  in 5* GL hotels like Hyatt, Shangri-la, Anantara, Kempinski, nowadays Chef Munier is the Executive Chef of Arjaan by Rotana in Amman, Jordan. He is the Honorary president of Jordanian Chefs Association and has a proven experience in Arabic, Lebanese, Syrian, Jordanian, Palestinian and Moroccan cuisines. He does royal events, VIP dinners and Arabic Food Promotions worldwide.
