Pierluigi Gallo (Campania, Italy, 1983)

Since the beginning of his career he has worked with the best chefs at awarded restaurants, such as the Reale Restaurant achieving the third Michelin Star. Then he moves to Rome and the experience gained in the capital brings him closer to the Roman flavours and to the traditional Roman taste. He starts working at Il Pagliaccio, restaurant with two Michelin Stars. Today he is the chef of Giulia Restaurant with the intention to promote gourmet kitchen and working with raw materials from local farmers.
