Chef Roberto Sihuay (Lima, Peru, 1981) from Cantina Canalla Restaurant (Ibiza, Spain) joins our team of guest chefs with his Nikkei, haute cuisine that fuses Japanese and Peruvian flavors and techniques with Mediterranean products.
